General labouring duties, 2 construction references required.

Our client based in the south-west of England, currently has a great opportunity for an experienced shop fitting contracts / project manager to join their team. The role will involve some travel across Devon and Cornwall as you will be involved on work across multiple sites.

  • The product values will range from £2000.00 to £100,000.00+ and you will preferably have a carpentry background
  • You will be responsible for managing a large team of subbies. This will require exceellent man-mangement skills and you will also require excellent organisational skills
  • The work will alos involve organising deliveries and coordinating and meeting multiple deadlines

Skilled labourers are required for various construction sites in and around the Plymouth area. It is essential that you have experience of working on construction sites. You will be required to hold a CSCS card and not just the certificate due to health and safety regulations. Duties will include general site clearance, moving materials, helping trades people, loading and unloading deliveries and other associated tasks as required. PAYE or the self-employed option is available.
